1. (1) The number and types of publicly funded screening programs for each targeted cancer, both statewide and in each county, and the number of individuals screened each year in these programs; and
2. (2) The existence of mechanisms to ensure that uninsured individuals receive appropriate treatment for any cancer that is detected in the screening programs identified under item (1) of this section.

Before the Department distributes a Local Public Health Cancer Grant to any county under §§ 13-1107 through 13-1113 of this subtitle, the Department shall develop an inventory of publicly funded screening programs that includes information relating to:
