1. (a) Each private therapeutic group home shall make and periodically update a written plan of treatment for each individual in the home, in accordance with rules and regulations that the Director adopts.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Director shall adopt appropriate rules and regulations to carry out the intent of this section in accordance with current professional practices.

   2. (2) The rules and regulations shall include:

      1. (i) A description of the nature and content of plans of treatment; and
      2. (ii) Appropriate time periods for the development, implementation, and review of each plan.
