Md. Code Ann., Gen. Provis. § 5-207

Oaths and subpoenas

(a) The Ethics Commission and its staff counsel each may:
1. (1) administer oaths; and
2. (2) issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence.
(b) A subpoena issued under subsection (a) of this section may be enforced judicially.
