Md. Code Ann., Gen. Provis. § 1-403

Citation of revised articles

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, unnumbered revised articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland may be cited as: “§ ___ of the __________ Article”.
(b) A section of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article may be cited as: “§ ___ of the Courts Article”.
