Withdrawals from accounts

- (a) A credit union may require not more than 60 days' notice of a member's intention to withdraw from a share account or deposit account.
(b) A requirement imposed under subsection (a) of this section shall:
- (1) Apply to all members of the credit union; and
- (2) Be included in each member's account agreement.
