1. (1) Members of the General Assembly who reside in Allegany County;

2. (2) A representative of each of:

   1. (i) The Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County;
   2. (ii) The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park Commission;
   3. (iii) The Department of Natural Resources;
   4. (iv) The Maryland Historical Trust;
   5. (v) The Mayor of the City of Cumberland;
   6. (vi) The United States Department of the Interior, as designated by the Department of the Interior;
   7. (vii) The Department of Planning; and
   8. (viii) The State Highway Administration of the Department of Transportation;
3. (3) Residents and business representatives from the area within and adjacent to the Heritage Area; and
4. (4) Other representatives as the Authority deems appropriate.

For the purpose of reviewing the development of the management plan for the Heritage Area, the Authority shall appoint a task force that includes:
