1. (1) prescription drugs;
2. (2) nonprescription drugs that are recommended by a physician;
3. (3) replacement of eyeglasses; and
4. (4) any other service that was covered by regulations under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program on December 31, 1975.

If the costs are not reimbursable under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program, the Department shall reimburse a foster care provider for payment of the following medical costs for a child under foster care:
