1. (1) appeal that decision to the administrative appellate authority designated by rule or regulation; and
2. (2) then take any further appeal allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act.¹

An individual who is aggrieved by a final decision of the director of a local department that denies eligibility or reduces or terminates a subsidy in a contested case may:
