1. (a) Unless the bylaws of the district require a larger number, a majority of the full authorized membership of the sanitary commission is a quorum.

2. (b) Each sanitary commissioner is entitled to:

   1. (1) Compensation as approved and paid by the governing body of the member county from which appointed; and
   2. (2) Reimbursement for expenses as provided in the district's budget.
