Md. Code Ann., Envir. § 9-605 – Powers of certain departments not limited; prior actions; bond status

(a)
1. (1) This subtitle does not impair the validity of actions taken by a district before June 1, 1961.
2. (2) This subtitle ratifies the actions taken by any district before June 1, 1961.
(b) This subtitle ratifies the issuance and sale of all bonds issued or sold by a district before June 1, 1961.
