Required conformity with county plans
Added by Acts 1983, c. 542, § 2.State of Maryland
(1) A water supply system;
(2) A sewerage system;
(3) A solid waste disposal system; and
(4) A solid waste acceptance facility.
Unless they conform to the county plan or revision or amendment of the county plan, the following systems and facilities may not be installed or extended:
