1. (a) The Board shall meet at the times and places that the Governor or the chairman determines.

2. (b) A member of the Board:

   1. (1) May not receive compensation; but
   2. (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,¹ as provided in the State budget.
