1. (a) The Governor shall appoint a Board secretary.
2. (b) The Board secretary may, but need not, be a member of the Board.

3. (c) The Board secretary:

   1. (1) May not receive compensation; but
   2. (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,¹ as provided in the State budget.
