- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Household” means any single or multiple residence, hotel, bunkhouse, ranger station, crew quarters, or camping or picnic ground.
(c)
- (1) “Household hazardous waste” means any waste material, including garbage or trash, derived from a household that would be listed as hazardous waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act but for the fact that the waste is derived from a household.
(2) “Household hazardous waste” may include:
- (i) Agricultural chemicals;
- (ii) Cleaning agents and solvents;
- (iii) Motor oils;
- (iv) Paint;
- (v) Pesticides; and
- (vi) Preservatives.
