1. (a) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

2. (b) A member of the Board:

   1. (1) May not receive compensation; but
   2. (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,¹ as provided in the State budget.
3. (c) The Department shall provide the Board with needed staff assistance.
