1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Automobile graveyard” has the meaning stated in § 8-801 of the Transportation Article.
3. (c) “Automotive dismantler and recycler facility” has the meaning stated in § 8-801 of the Transportation Article.
4. (d) “Junkyard” has the meaning stated in § 8-801 of the Transportation Article.
5. (e) “Scrap metal processing facility” has the meaning stated in § 8-801 of the Transportation Article.
