Marine Contractor License Held by Entity; Authorized Activities

While a license to an entity is in effect, the license authorizes the entity to:

  1. (1) Employ as marine contractors individuals who are not licensed marine contractors to provide marine contractor services to the public on behalf of the licensee; and
  2. (2) Represent itself to the public as a licensed marine contractor entity.
