Md. Code Ann., Envir. § 17-206 – Fees for issuance and renewal of license and other services

(a)
1. (1) The Board shall set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses and other services that the Board provides.
2. (2) The fees imposed by the Board shall be set so as to produce funds to approximate the costs of maintaining the Board.
(b) The Board shall pay all funds collected under this title into the Wetlands and Waterways Program Fund under § 5-203.1 of this article for the administration of the Board.
