1. (a) The Board shall meet at least twice a year, at the times and places that the Board determines.
2. (b) Each member of the Board is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
3. (c) The Board may employ staff in accordance with the State budget.
