1. (a) A person or municipal or private corporation that violates any provision of this title or any rule or regulation adopted under this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $25 for each day of violation.
2. (b) Each day of employment in violation of this title or of any rule or regulation adopted under this title is a separate offense.
