1. (a)

   1. (1) The State Board shall prepare a summary of the election law that relates to campaign finance activity and provide for distribution of the summary.

   2. (2) When a certificate of candidacy is filed, the board receiving the certificate shall provide the candidate with:

      1. (i) a copy of the summary; and
      2. (ii) each form the candidate is required to file under this title.
2. (b) The State Board shall provide to a local board samples of such of the forms required under this title as the local board may request.
