More than one ballot from the same individual

- (1) count the first ballot from the individual that the local board determines is legally sufficient; and
- (2) reject any other ballot.
Subject to § 11-302(d)(3)(ii) of this subtitle, if a local board receives more than one ballot from the same individual, the local board shall:
