1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Grant” means an apprenticeship incentive grant that is awarded to an apprenticeship sponsor under this subtitle.
3. (c) “Grant recipient” means a person or entity that receives a grant under this subtitle.
4. (d) “Program” means the Apprenticeship Incentive Program.
