Bargaining units

- (1) One unit reserved for full-time faculty;
- (2) One unit reserved for part-time faculty; and
- (3) Two units reserved for eligible nonexempt employees, as defined in the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
There may be no more than four bargaining units at each community college including:
