1. (a) The Commission shall establish and administer a grant program for supplemental services and supports for students with disabilities in community colleges.

2. (b) The Commission, in cooperation with the Department of Disabilities, shall:

   1. (1) Establish a competitive review process for the awarding of grants to community colleges; and
   2. (2) Adopt any other guidelines or regulations necessary for the administration of this section.
