Advisory councils and committees

(a)
1. (1) The Board shall establish:
  1. (i) A Council of University System Presidents;
  2. (ii) A Council of University System Faculty;
  3. (iii) A Council of University System Staff; and
  4. (iv) A University System Student Council.
2. (2) These councils shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Chancellor and may, from time to time, make reports and recommendations to the Board.
(b) The Board may appoint committees to advise it in exercising its authority.
