1. (a) There is an Adult High School Pilot Program.
2. (b) The general purpose of the Program is to establish an alternative method for adults who did not graduate from high school to earn a high school diploma and potentially to earn postsecondary education credits and industry-recognized certification in an environment that meets the needs of the adult learner.
3. (c) The Program is under the authority and supervision of the Department and the Maryland Department of Labor.
