1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

2. (b) “Outdoor, nature-based early learning and child care program” means an early learning or child care program:

   1. (1) That is primarily operated outdoors; and
   2. (2) In which children are enrolled on a regular basis for 3 or more hours per day.
3. (c) “Pilot Program” means the Outdoor Preschool License Pilot Program.
