Construction with Federal Laws

Effective Jul 1, 2006Added by Acts 2006, c. 397, § 1, eff. July 1, 2006.State of Maryland

A program shall be subject to:

  1. (1) The same accountability mandates of the federal No Child Left Behind Act1 as other public schools in the State; and
  2. (2) The requirements of 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq. and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794.
