1. (a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2029, the State shall distribute to each county board the following Blueprint Transition Grant amounts:

   1. (1) Allegany County$10,348
   2. (2) Baltimore City$18,669,201
   3. (3) Baltimore County$2,953,950
   4. (4) Caroline County$966,820
   5. (5) Cecil County$49,060
   6. (6) Dorchester County$1,321,515
   7. (7) Garrett County$1,201,160
   8. (8) Howard County$41,743
   9. (9) Kent County$1,005,090
   10. (10) Montgomery County$7,712,745
   11. (11) Prince George's County $20,505,652; and
   12. (12) St. Mary's County$3,251,181.

2. (b) For fiscal years 2025 through 2030, the State shall distribute the following proportion of the Blueprint Transition Grant amount under subsection (a) of this section to each county board:

   1. (1) For fiscal year 2025, 85%;
   2. (2) For fiscal year 2026, 65%;
   3. (3) For fiscal year 2027, 50%;
   4. (4) For fiscal year 2028, 35%;
   5. (5) For fiscal year 2029, 20%; and
   6. (6) For fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter, 0%.
