- (a) The county board shall meet at least once each month.
(b)
- (1) Each meeting of the county board shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Open Meetings Act, Title 3 of the General Provisions Article.
- (2) The county board may avail itself of any exclusion authorized under the Maryland Open Meetings Act.
