Compensation of members

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the members shall receive compensation as set by the county commissioners.
(b)
1. (1) The salary of each member of the county board shall be at least $3,200.
2. (2) The salary of the president of the county board shall be at least $3,600.
