Compensation

(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the voting members shall receive compensation as set by the County Council.
(b)
1. (1) The salary of each voting member of the county board shall be at least $3,200.
2. (2) The salary of the president of the county board shall be at least $3,600.
