1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Commissioner” means a member of the Board of County Commissioners of Caroline County or a member of the County Council of Dorchester County or Talbot County.
3. (c) “Council” means the Mid-Shore Regional Council.
4. (d) “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Council.
5. (e) “Region” means Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties.
