1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Commissioner” means a member of the Board of County Commissioners of Somerset County or Worcester County or a member of the County Council of Wicomico County.
3. (c) “Council” means the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland.
4. (d) “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Council.
5. (e) “Region” means Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties.
