1. (a) The Bureau may establish a private, nonprofit corporation to assist the Bureau.
2. (b) Subject to the Corporations and Associations Article, the Bureau shall determine the powers and duties of the corporation.

3. (c) The Bureau may:

   1. (1) set the number of members of the Board of Directors of the corporation;
   2. (2) set a procedure to elect and remove directors;
   3. (3) set the compensation of a director; and
   4. (4) require the corporation to report periodically to the Bureau on its activities.
