1. (a) There is an Executive Committee of the Council.
2. (b) The Executive Committee consists of the Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Council.

3. (c)

   1. (1) On a rotating basis, a commissioner member of the Council from each member county shall serve as the Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary/Treasurer, respectively.
   2. (2) The term of each officer is 1 year.
