- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Council” means the Baltimore Metropolitan Council.
- (c) “Region” means the area that includes all of Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, and Howard County.
