Advisory Board

(a) The Board shall establish a Bainbridge Development Advisory Board.
(b) The Advisory Board consists of:
1. (1) a representative of the County Commissioners;
2. (2) the State legislative delegation of Cecil County;
3. (3) a representative of the Mayor of Port Deposit;
4. (4) a representative of the Town Council of Port Deposit;
5. (5) the President of Cecil Community College;
6. (6) the Superintendent of the Cecil County Public Schools;
7. (7) the Coordinator of the Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway; and
8. (8) other individuals the Board of Directors selects.
