1. (a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Fund” means the Climate Catalytic Capital Fund.
3. (c) “Low- to moderate-income household” means a household located in a census tract with an average median income at or below 80% of the average median income for the State.
4. (d) “Qualified project” means a project related to the purposes specified in § 10-855(b) of this subtitle.
