Md. Code Ann., Econ. Dev. § 10-706 – Applicability of other laws

(a) The Trust is:
1. (1) exempt from the General Procurement Law provisions of Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article; but
2. (2) subject to Title 12, Subtitle 4 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
(b) The Trust is exempt from the provisions of Division I of the State Personnel and Pensions Article that govern the State Personnel Management System.
