1. (a)

   1. (1) The Executive Director and each other officer authorized by the Authority may:

      1. (i) allow copies to be made of the minutes and records of the Authority; and
      2. (ii) certify records under seal showing that the copies are true copies.
   2. (2) A person may rely on the certified record.
2. (b) The records of the Authority are public records subject to reasonable inspection.
