Developments and Projects—Political Subdivision May Vacate

A political subdivision in which a development or project is located may:

  1. (1) vacate any street, alley, or other public place necessary to ensure the proper operation of the development or project and the full use of its facilities; and
  2. (2) grant to the Authority the exclusive right to use the vacated street, alley, or other public place for the purpose of the development or project on terms agreed to by the Authority and the political subdivision.
