Chief Executive Officer

  1. (a) The Corporation shall employ a Chief Executive Officer.
  2. (b) The Chief Executive Officer shall have experience with and possess qualifications relevant to the activities and purposes of the Corporation.
  3. (c) The Chief Executive Officer may not be a member of the Board.
