1. (a) This section applies to financing provided under the Program during fiscal years 2021 and 2022 for the purpose of relieving the adverse effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
2. (b) The Authority may convert to a grant up to $50,000 of the financing described under subsection (a) of this section that is provided to a small business.
