1. (a) On or before October 1 each year, the Commission shall submit a report to the Governor, the Maryland Economic Development Commission, and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.

2. (b) The report shall include:

   1. (1) a summary of the activities of the Commission during the preceding fiscal year; and
   2. (2) a current copy of the strategic plan developed under § 5-2606 of this subtitle.
