Md. Code Ann., Econ. Dev. § 4-607 – Regulations

(a) The Maryland State Arts Council shall adopt regulations to carry out the Program.
(b) The regulations shall address:
1. (1) procedures for artist and art selection;
2. (2) composition of selection panels;
3. (3) budget allocations for each project;
4. (4) local community involvement; and
5. (5) conservation and maintenance concerns.
