Md. Code Ann., Econ. Dev. § 4-207 – Meetings; compensation

(a) The Board shall meet at least 4 times a year, at times and places the chair determines.
(b) A member of the Board:
1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
