1. (a) The Secretary may award a grant for job-specific training assistance to an eligible:

   1. (1) business;
   2. (2) community college;
   3. (3) private career school;
   4. (4) State-accredited training agency;
   5. (5) trade association; or
   6. (6) union-sponsored training program.
2. (b) Training shall be approved by the employer of those being trained.
3. (c) Under the Program, job-specific training may not exceed 1 year.
