1. (a) A person may not destroy, impair, damage, or interfere or tamper with real or personal property with intent to hinder, delay, or interfere with a defense-related activity.
2. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $10,000 or both.
